    Arielle, I LOVE your site! I’m pretty sure it’s the best one I’ve found to address the dietary needs I have. Years ago, I discovered I’m hypoglycemic, so I have cut out sugar (numerous times :/ ), a while back I realized I’m lactose intolerant so – out go the dairy products, then everytime I would eat almonds (which I existed on going through a divorce) I would get horrific migraines, so in my “research” realized tree nuts were a no-no. Now, the only thing I can conclude is I’m gluten intolerant. I stopped eating gluten almost 3 weeks ago. Still having symptoms, but have read it can take 2 wks to a year to get it out of my system. Anyway, I am SO thankful for your recipes! They look and sound absolutely wonderful. I’m still working to get all the ingredients together for “prepared” dishes. I eat quinoa with saute’d veggies, i.e., cabbage, zucchini, bell peppers, spinach, garlic, grape tomato’s, celery, whatever I have on hand and splash a bit of gluten-free soy sauce onto the whole thing. It’s delicious! But I’ve been looking for more! My husband asked me if I was hungry the other day. I said, “ALWAYS”! I will definitely be checking your site on a regular basis. Also, love your story of “you”. So glad you found the right way to health :)! Oh, and I am totally off sugar LOL.

    I just discovered your site! I love it and have been loving all these great recipes. As I was looking around your site or facebook page, I don’t remember which one, I saw these donuts you made with your daughter with a pink frosting made with Greek Yogurt or something. They looked so yummy and so I bought some donut pans so I could make them with my little girl too but now I cant find where I saw them! :( Do you mind sending me the recipe for them ? I remember they weren’t too complicated but Im paralyzed without the recipe, lol Im pretty pathetic. Thank you!

      I think I posted it on my facebook page if I remember! And no worries at all!
      What I did was use pancake batter for the pancakes, so if you have a favorite pancake recipe or mix then use that. As for the frosting I did about 1/4 c. of greek yogurt, with about 1 TB. of honey, and a little food coloring for my daughter. But You can definitely just keep it white. Hopefully that helps!
      And you are not pathetic! I’m the same way! :)
