The Reality of Exercise…Sometimes!

Remember How I said I was trying to work on a better blogging schedule?

Well Friday I was supposed to post a video, and I didn’t.

BUT, I have one for you today, so I hope that you will forgive me :). It’s technically only two/three days late which means I’m improving right?

Ok, so today’s video is a glimpse into an afternoon we had last week, and I talk about the reality of exercise. I also speak openly and honestly about fitting exercise in and the reality of being a busy mom/wife/person, and what happens when your ‘plans’ don’t work out!

Check it out!

Check the blog on Monday, because I have ANOTHER giveaway for you!!

    BAHHH!! I love this!!
It’s just after midnight where I am but I’m going to plank before crawling into bed! Not much but something, right 🙂
    Thanks for the encouragement!

  2. Please don’t worry about your blogging schedule! You do awesome. Your content has QUALITY not mass quantity. You have 2 little ones & life is busy. I only have one and feel swamped often. Keep up your good work!! Consistency 😉

    • Thank you Erin! You are SO sweet! You have brought a smile to my face this afternoon, thank you! I appreciate all of your support! And yes, definitely consistency!

  3. Something I’d love to know one day is what do you do for meal planning with 2 little ones? Or what key changes between one kid vs two? I’m always trying to find balance/time management so I love any tips. No rush 🙂

I love the use of “Slide cam”! Weeee! Don’t sweat the rigorous schedule. Your videos are always so enjoyable and genuine that they are most definitely worth the wait.

    • Awe thanks Canterel! You are so sweet and supportive!
And I think I traumatized my daughter taking her down that slide!

I’m sure she’ll be skating down the slide again very soon. I suspect you have two future comediennes in training! Just adorable.

  5. What a heartfelt post. I really appreciate your honesty and attitude about exercise and life in general! It’s not easy, it’s rarely cute, and none of us are ever dressed perfectly or get everything done that we intend to. I love that you keep it real and help others relate and feel GOOD about themselves! It’s pretty amazing– keep it up! 🙂
