Sunday Activities & Cupcakes-Egg Free, Dairy Free, Sugar Free Vanilla Cupcakes

I declare that every Sunday should be spent like this from now on…

A day full of long naps, sweet cuddly baby, princess dress ups, mommy please do my makeup, walking around the LDS temple, and filling our bellies with cupcakes.

  1. Wow, they are growing up so fast!! This recipe looks fantastic 🙂 it’s great for young ones. I really love how you healthify things like cakes and cookies for your girls 🙂 .
Again, I will surely be visiting your site a lot in the future!! Thanks again 🙂
And yes, you SHOULD spend every Sunday like that!!

  2. Mmm these look amazing – I LOVE the printables, Ari! I always make my powdered sugar this way too, so it makes great icing for cookies :). Delish!

  3. mmm cupcakes and adorable lil girls! what a great day!! xoxo

  4. Thank you for the printables, they are so hopeful! It may be just because I am tired, but the printables were a little hard to read because of the font used. I love that font, don’t get me wrong, but it is hard to read when it is the entire page.
Thank you so much for making your recipes easy to print now! I was having to handwrite all your recipes, once I forgot to write down a step and my burgers were complete mush when the timer went off! 🙂

    • Thank you so much for telling me! I was just thinking…this is so cute, but I bet people can’t read it! I will definitely make my fonts easier to read, thanks for the suggestions!

  5. Those are my kind of Sundays! You have such beautiful girls! And those cupcakes look super delicious. My very favorite chocolate frosting is with powdered coconut sugar or maple sugar. SOOO yummy!!

  6. Super impressed by how your icing/powdered sugar came out! I’ve tried making my own with xylitol but need to try some coconut sugar. It probably helps that you added cocoa to yours rather than a traditional buttercream. Good job–you’ve inspired me to try making frosting again, something I super miss!

  7. So our baby (who is our 3rd boy) just turned 1 and I wanted to make him a big cupcake, so my husband volunteered to take care of it. I happily went a long…I seriously was too tired. He brought home a box of funfetti cake mix and blue funfetti icing…his favorite cake mix. All my boys (who eat healthy and not a ton of sugar) ate these cupcakes. They ALL threw up the next morning! SOO for our baby’s birthday party…I made your cupcakes!! Even the adults loved them. No sugar overload for my boys. They were great. Thanks for your wonderful recipes!

    • Thank you so much for sharing this Nicole! I completely understand being tired, and I love that your husband was willing to help out! How sweet! My husband loves funfetti too, that’s hilarious! I am so sorry your boys got sick, that must have been horrible! But I am happy that you were able to make the less sugar-y cupcakes, and it makes me even happier that everyone enjoyed them and no one got sick :-)! Thanks for sharing this with me!

  8. Hi … I can’t seem to find the recipe for your vanilla cupcakes in this post; only links to printables. Do you have a recipe in another post?
    Thanks
